The name Jury Homes was inspired by Billy’s grandfather, Eric Jury – a self-made man with an unwavering determination and an unlikely story.
After tripling his father’s business at the ripe age of 14, and multiple projects under his belt, Eric opened his very first carpet shop – Jury Carpets – with the tagline, You Be The Judge. In just a few short years, Jury Carpets grew from one to 60 stores.

Eric’s passion for business and vision for growth always inspired Billy. Growing up with these stories of unlikely success made him feel like anything was possible. So, when Billy graduated with a business management degree in 2015, he searched for a career that would make his grandfather proud. He soon found his calling in the construction industry, where he fell in love with the pace and versatility of bringing homes to life.
After years of project management, Billy opened his own building company. One that was large enough to provide a full in-house design and construct service, but boutique enough to craft truly custom results tailored to the people and families who would call them home.
